Ordering & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. All orders are shipped the same day they are placed via DPD or POSTNL. In most cases, the package will be delivered to you the next business day; however, delivery may be delayed due to high volume with the shipping company, holidays, etc.

You have received an email from us with a Track & Trace code. You can use this code to track the package online and see when it will be delivered.

If your package was not delivered or delivered incomplete, you must report this to us within 5 business days at the following email address: animaldreamz@hotmail.com. Otherwise, we will no longer be able to determine where your package went. If you contact us later, we will no longer be able to provide compensation for it.

If you opt to have the package delivered to your doorstep, to your neighbors, etc. with delivery authorization, this is also at your own risk, and the possibility of a refund or a new product will be void.
